After updating to iOS 15.4, users are facing battery drain issue

Several iPhone users face a battery drain issue after updating their iPhones to iOS 15.4. California-based Cupertino giant has just launched iOS 15.4 with an abundance of features like the ability to unlock an iPhone with a Face ID with a mask.

Nevertheless, a couple of users have been informed that they face problems after updating to the most recent iOS. Moreover, numerous users use microblogging social media platforms, Twitter, to notify about battery drain issues. Moreover, users had further reported the same problems when they downloaded the iOS 15 update in the past.

A Twitter user named Maxim Shishko wrote on Twitter that his phone’s battery life got very bad after iOS 15.4 update. According to another user,  his phone’s battery percentage bummed out by 5 percent in less than 10 minutes.

According to a user named Oded Shopen stated on Twitter,

“iOS 15.4 is killing the battery in my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I could go for days without charging, but it’s down to half capacity by mid-day.”

Moreover, another user who works under Joey Castillo experienced a pretty strange problem with his iPhone’s battery.

He wrote,

“Ever since updating, my battery percentage has been odd. I’ll have my phone charging stuck at 95% or 97% and then when I unplug it’ll show 100% maybe 5 minutes later or after a restart, then drain quickly. Weird.”

Apart from that, a couple of users claimed that their battery percentage was jammed at a specific amount. The battery percentage remains the same at that point even after repeatedly restarting the iPhone. The phone was unable to display the correct percentage. Nevertheless, the problem appears to be temporary. An iPhone takes a couple of days to regulate, and there are possibilities that the battery is going to be back on track before long.
