As we all know, MWC 2022 is ongoing, and different tech giants are delivering interesting products from the mobile world. One of the most amazing announcements is from Oppo. The company has announced its brilliantly fast 240W charging technology at the Mobile World Conference 2022.
When talking about the most recent 240W SUPERVOOC Flash Charge, Opps’s this tech can bring a 4500mAh battery to 50% in 3.5 minutes as well as users can charge 100% in as little as 9 minutes.
Oppo posted a video on its Twitter page showing the charger in action.
Apart from that, the company has disclosed a 150W SUPERVOOC Flash Charge that can boost a 4500mAh battery to 50% in just 5 minutes and 100% in just 15 minutes. However, it is a little bit slower than the 250W model, and the 150W version also benefits from the latest Battery Health Engine.
Moreover, the technology was introduced on the Find X5 Pro the previous week. It lets the battery keep performing at 80% of its native capacity after up to 1600 charges. This capacity is double the 800 cycle industry-standard, efficiently twice the battery’s lifetime.
However, the company released 5G CPE T2, a smartphone technology developed to transmit 5G signals into superfast Wi-Fi or LAN network connections. This indicates that multiple devices are going to be able to get stable Wi-Fi via one 5G handset.
According to Billy Zhan, Oppo VP of overseas sales and service,
“Despite the many challenges we’ve faced over the past years, the telecommunications industry has still seen positive development, and we at OPPO have seen steady growth.”
“Technologies such as the 240W SUPERVOOC flash charge demonstrate our leadership in creation, while devices like the OPPO 5G CPE T2 pointed out the latest directions our business is heading. Through our latest brand proposition, ‘Inspiration before’, OPPO uses innovation and collaboration to collectively overcome challenges with our partners, bringing human-centric and inspiring technology experiences to users around the world”.
